Job Overview:

This position will provide financial support for all G4 Global Partners offices (Brazil and International offices – Mainly Brazil, US, Europe, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru) and the management team. The focus will be Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

  • Locate and notify customers of overdue accounts by email and telephone;
  • Monitor overdue accounts, receive payments and post accounts paid to customer accounts;
  • Prepare invoices to customers – National and international clients;
  • Perform daily financial transactions – Verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data;
  • Maintain and improve the current database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports;
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients.

Accounts Payable

  • Control of Accounts Payable by Due Date;
  • Assembly of Accounts Payable approval dossier;
  • Archiving of physical and digital documents;
  • Maintain and improve the current database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports;
  • Elaborate monthly payments forecast.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Intermediate English – Spanish knowledge will be a plus;
  • Strong communication and relationship skills;
  • Proactive, analytical, and hands-on profile;
  • Business-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work independently and with ownership of the area.
